how it all started…

Driven by the opportunity to bring local spirits and craft beverages to the South Willamette Valley, in 2016, Thinking Tree Spirits launched in Eugene. A women-led, community powered, farm-to-flask craft distillery 

With a passion for innovation and sustainability, we take pride in sourcing our ingredients locally in Eugene, producing a range of award-winning spirits. Our flagship lineup includes our botanical gin, barrel-aged Solera style rum, barrel-aged Bourbon, butterfly pea flower-infused lavender vodka, ready-to-drink bottled cocktails, seasonal brandies, and liqueurs.

The name "Thinking Tree" was inspired by the love for gathering under tall trees at the Oregon Country Fair, the company's passion for environmental sustainability, and the drive often sparked by good cocktails.

At Thinking Tree, our mission extends beyond crafting exceptional spirits, we strive to bring people together and use spirits as a conduit to create the world we want to live in. Our spirits come to life in the warm embrace of friends and family.
