Copper pot distilled New World gin distilled with fresh grapefruit peels (43% ABV 86 proof)

Our popular grapefruit gin is back with the same amazing flavor profile but now with a beautifully updated label, a kiss of natural pink coloring, and a new size offering at 750ml. Sourced heavily from our West Coast agricultural lands, this offering is perfect for citrus based and spirit forward cocktails. Botanicals are soaked in spirit for forty eight hours before being copper pot distilled. 

Botanicals: Turkish and American juniper, fresh grapefruit peel, lemon peel, coriander, angelica root, and orris root. 

Nose: Crisp and light with notes of fresh citrus oil, coriander, and dandelion. Finishes dry with strong grapefruit peel and lemongrass.

Palate: Bright and effervescent with lemon peel and fresh juniper on the forefront then leads to fresh ruby grapefruit, pink peppercorn, and finishes delicately with gentle notes of lemongrass, citrus peel, and honey.
