Strawberry Rum Hibiscus Smash

1.5 ounces Whiteaker Rum
.5 ounce fresh lime juice
1.5 ounces POG juice
1 ounce hibiscus honey syrup or syrup of choice
4 ounces coconut water
1 strawberry sliced thin
Edible flowers for garnish (optional)

Pour all ingredients except strawberry and edible flowers into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for ten seconds. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with strawberry and edible flowers.

Rum Old Fashioned

2 ounces Whiteaker Rum
3 dashes aromatic bitters
1 sugar cube
1 slice of orange peel
1-2 high quality marinated cherries
Large ice cubes


In a low ball glass, take the orange peel and swipe it around the rim. Then place the peel in the glass with the sugar cube and bitters. Muddle the ingredients lightly so that the sugar begins to melt and the oils are released from the orange. Add Whiteaker Rum and ice. Stir to combine and top with cherries.

Marionberry Fizz

1 ounce Marionberry Liqueur
1 ounce Main Stage Vodka
.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
.5 ounce rosemary simple syrup
2-3 ounces soda water

Shake all ingredients except the soda water in a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass or collins glass and top with soda water. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Lavender Skies

1.5 ounces Butterfly Lavender Vodka
1/4 ounce
Marionberry Liqueur
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
.5 ounce simple syrup
1 egg white

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 15 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender or a pinch of dried lavender.

Hot Spiked Mulled Cider

1 gallon fresh apple cider or unfiltered apple juice
1 orange
1 (1 1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger
5 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon whole cloves
5 star anise pods
1 1/2 cups Whiteaker Rum

Pour the cider or juice into a 5-quart or larger slow cooker. Cut the orange into 1/4-inch-thick rounds. Cut the ginger into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Add both to the slow cooker. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise pods. To make it easier to serve, place the cloves and star anise pods in a tea ball. 

Cover and cook until the flavors blend, about 4 hours on LOW. Add the Thinking Tree Spirits Whiteaker Rum and stir to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes. Keep warm and serve in mugs garnished with orange slices, apple slices, and a cinnamon stick. 

espresso martini

1.5 ounces Main Stage Vodka
1.5 ounces cold brew coffee
1ounce coconut milk
.5 ounce simple syrup
5 drops Bittermens Xocolatl Molé bitters

In a shaker with ice combine Main Stage Vodka, cold brew coffee, coconut milk, simple syrup and bitters. Shake vigorously. Dip the rim of your chilled cocktail glass in water and then into a mixture of cocoa powder and finely ground coffee to create a chocolate coffee rim. Strain the cocktail into your glass and enjoy.

Manos de Mujer

1.5 ounces Whiteaker Rum
.5 ounce Suze Amaro
.5 ounce coco palm sugar simple syrup
3 ounces Farmer’s Union Manos de Mujer coffee
Pinch of cinnamon
1 scoop coco whip or whipped cream for garnish

Brew 3oz of coffee and let cool completely. Pour all ingredients except coco whip into a shaker with ice. Shake until well combined and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with coco whip or whipped cream and enjoy.

Run for the Roses

1.5 ounces Main Stage Vodka
½ to ¾ ounces rose syrup-this can be homemade with rose petals and sugar, or bought (Royal Rose has a good one)
¾ ounces fresh lemon juice
1 pinch of dried rose petals

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with a single rose petal.

Butterfly Gimlet

2 ounces Butterfly Lavender Vodka
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup

Combine Butterfly Lavender Vodka, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

 

The Sultry Man-hattan

2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
1oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Sfumato Amaro
2 dashes Orange bitters

In a large glass, add in bourbon whiskey, sweet vermouth, sfumato amaro and orange bitters. Add ice, and stir. Pour into a coupe glass and top with a cherry. Enjoy!

cucumber melon spritzer

2 ounces melon simple syrup
1.5 ounces Gifted Gin
3 ounces sparkling water or seltzer
Cucumber slices, melon balls and mint for garnish

To make a batch of melon simple syrup, add 1 cup simple syrup and 2 cups cantaloupe to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth. Add ice to a tall cocktail glass and pour in the melon simple syrup, Gifted Gin, and sparkling water and stir until well combined. Garnish with a few melon balls and cucumber slices and mint.

The Gardener

1 ½ ounces Main Stage Vodka
1 ounce fresh lime juice
½ to 1 ounce simple syrup
2 slices fresh cucumber
1 slice fresh jalapeno pepper
3-4 leaves of fresh cilantro

 In a shaker, combine the cucumber, jalapeno, and cilantro. Muddle in the bottom of the shaker until crushed. Add ice, lime juice, Main Stage Vodka and simple syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass.

the gifted fig

2 ounces Gifted Gin
3/4 ounce orange liqueur
3/4 ounce fig simple syrup
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice


3 sage leaves

In a mixing tin, muddle two sage leaves. Combine gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice and fig simple syrup. Shake until combined for about 15 seconds. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with sage leaf.

Butterfly and Tonic

2 ounces Butterfly Lavender Vodka
3 ounces tonic water
Grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig for garnish

Combine Butterfly Lavender Vodka and tonic water in a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and sprig of rosemary if desired.

 

red rose mocktail

1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Cranberry & Rosemary simple syrup
2 oz Cranberry juice
Top with ginger beer

Add all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, shake, shake. Serve into a tall glass over ice and add ginger beer to top it off. Garnish with rosemary.
