Seasonal Releases
Fresh harvested Willamette Valley fruit is infused in our copper pot distilled grape brandy then rested for no less than six months. After the infusion is complete, the spent fruit is strained from the spirit and made into a compote, then incorporated back into the brandy to complete the process.
Peach Liqueur
30% ABV (70 proof)
Summer harvested peaches from the eastern slopes of Mt. Pisgah courtesy of Me & Moore Farms are sourced for this seasonal, holiday favorite.
Nose: Notes of light wheat grass and caramelized peach skin, with a bright astringent finish.
Palate: Rich yet delicate. Notes of ripe peach with caramel and nutmeg. Finishes crisp and slightly sweet.
Pear brandy
40% ABV (80 proof)
Nose: Honeysuckle, honeydew melon, butterscotch, floral, dried fermented fruit, farmhouse, bartlet peel
Palate: Bright fruity initial warmth, late pear flavor fades to a soft lingering honey finish
