GIFTED GIN

Ultra Premium copper pot distilled New World Dry Gin; 40% ABV (80 proof)

Starting with the same non-GMO Willamette Valley wheat base used for the Mainstage Vodka, this gin is crafted by soaking the botanicals in the spirit for forty eight hours before copper pot distilling. Fresh cut English cucumber is infused post distillation to complete this complex and smooth American Gin.

Botanicals: Turkish Juniper, Spanish Coriander, fresh orange & lemon rind, Star Anise, Lemongrass, Angelica Root, Grains of Paradise, Cassia Bark, and English Cucumber.

Nose: Rich, sweet notes of juniper with lemon zest on the forefront. Subtle pink peppercorn leads away into a delicate musk with a clean, slightly bitter finish.

Palate: Soft and slightly sweet with vegetal notes on the forefront leading into a tea-like quality with a strong presence of the lemon peppercorn- finishes of delicate qualities of cucumber and chamomile.
