This vibrant new offering is a wheat-based vodka flavored with vanilla and lavender flowers. Lavender extract is house-made using vapor extraction of organic lavender flowers. Butterfly pea flower extract gives a unique indigo hue and color-changing property to the spirit: acidic solutions (citrus juice) will turn this spirit pink. While amazingly sweet on the palate, no sugars have been added. 

Nose: Very clean with a fresh essence of sweet vanilla blossoms and morning dew.
Palate: Lavender and vanilla collide on the front followed by a lingering vanilla cream finish. Silky smooth, very drinkable. Perfect for home cocktail enthusiasts and people who like to experiment with color-changing mixes.
