Marionberry Liqueur
30% ABV (60 proof)
Oregon-grown marionberries are sourced from Johnson Brother's Farms in Eugene, OR. The whole berries are macerated in grape brandy distilled from local wines (Silvan Ridge Winery, Valcan Cellars). The infused brandy is then blended with cane sugar, water, and balanced with citric acid to give it a sweet, slightly tangy, and not too syrupy flavor profile that aims to put marionberry at the front.
Nose: Fresh bramble berries, stone fruit, grapes, Meyer lemon.
Palate: Fresh berries and citrus. Nice viscosity carries the fresh berry flavor through to the warm, lingering brandy finish. Nicely sweetened with a little bit of alcohol heat on the end.
